A floating cinema, you say?

The Float London.jpg

Have you been wondering how on earth you’re ever going to make it back to the cinemas when it means a) Having to sit in a near-empty room b) Having to wear a blunking face mask throughout the show? And c) and also maybe d)? Well, we’ve come up with the perfect solution that means a) You can catch a movie in public and everything without any of the above b) You can do it with all your friends and even talk (or sing!) through the film if you so desire and c). And d) if you’re being greedy. That solution we have found is The Float-In Cinema brought to you by Openaire, which has an extra e for extra fancy. They have a full schedule of films you would actually watch, like Bridesmaids, Rocket Man, A Star Is Born (unfortunately the Gaga not the Babs), even Grease which they encourage you to sing along to and you watch them from, wait for it, a boat. A little one. Just you and your mates. Climb aboard, order up alcohol and food (which they bring to your boat! Modern!) put your headphones on, point yourself in the direction of the giant screen and there you have it, like a drive-in with no driving.

From 2nd September, Paddington Basin, openaire.co.uk
